Processing All orders are processed and shipped on the 27th of each month. If you subscribe after the 20th, your first edition will ship the following month.
Delivery times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are included in your monthly subscription price. No hidden fees.
Tracking At this time, individual tracking is not available for standard letter mail. If your mail has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at hello@authorzahra.com and I will do my best to help.
Lost or damaged mail If your mail arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at hello@authorzahra.com. See our Returns & Refunds policy for more details.
International shipping Dear Stranger ships worldwide. Please note that international deliveries may occasionally be subject to customs delays beyond my control. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
